My Reflections on Management

Management is an art. It provides direction and sets an example for subordinates. A good manager should inspire his employees to be willing to do their jobs independently and in the best possible way to achieve high-quality results. Also, a good manager should inspire them to maximize their creativity. In the past, my favorite managers were those who worked smart and possessed good character traits, such as honesty, patience, compassion, and loyalty.
